Nice quality
4/5, leather is nice and feels great, only downfall is that it came with a scuff/scratch on glove. Horween tan leather is lighter than others I have, but still a nice tone. Not as stiff as your usual horween tanks, but still like a heart of the hide should be. Would recommend this glove to any player looking for a glove that will last.

Rawlings PRO1000HC 12”
Classic ballglove. I bought this in 2020 so I can’t speak for previous batches of horween but I will say that this one was not sadistically stiff out of the box. It’s been a pleasure to break in, surprisingly lighter than some other 12” gloves I’ve had. A favorite, along with the PROSXSC.

A Tank
When my older sons were toddlers, I invested in this glove with the idea that it would be the one I would play catch and teach them baseball with. Now that they are older, I am thankful I did.
This is a great pattern, whether you plan on playing baseball or softball infield. Deep pocket, good optics with the open web, expertly constructed from Horween leather.
So long as no one takes it while I am practicing with batting with the boys, it will be the last glove I will ever own. Perhaps I will hand it down to one of them, when they get older. -
One of the greats
One of the best representations of what a baseball glove should be. A classic design, truly does everything well.
The leather is excellent, equal to and well above most of what you will see in the highest of the high end gloves, and about as close as we will ever going to get to the old school C55 Horween again. They just dont make it like that anymore. Even the cows are different now, lol.
If you dont own one of these, you probably should. -
Great
Leather feels a lot better than stock HoH. Tan Lace is very nice. The liner feels nice and the overall look of the glove is great.

High quality
-Measures true to size 12 inch
-leather but stiff nonetheless. Upon taking all lacing and padding out, the glove still remained open while laying on its side.
-upper hand-stall material is the black leather. Seems less squishy than previous Heart of the Hide gloves I have owned.
-pinkie and thumb padding is extremely stiff
-heel padding is perhaps the stiffest I have ever felt in a Heart of the Hide. Not overly thick, just simply stiff.
