Q1. What is the difference between the Echo and the Echo Connect?

A1. The Echo is a one-piece composite bat design while the Echo Connect is a two-piece composite bat
design. The Echo will have a slightly stffer feel since it’s a one-piece design, while the Echo Connect will
have a slightly more flexible feel since it’s a two-piece.

Q2. What is the difference between the AV2 Anti-Vibration Knob on the Echo and the SDX EXT
Extended Shock Dissipating Connection on the Echo Connect?

A2. The AV2 knob on the Echo incorporates a rubber harmonic dampener in the knob that helps to
absorb vibrations and sting at contact. The AV2 components weigh 2 oz and help counterbalance the bat
by placing 2 oz below the player’s hands making the Echo swing 2 oz lighter than its actual weight.
The SDX EXT is the special connection joining the handle and barrel on the Echo Connect. It is a threaded
connection that helps keep the bat stiffer than most other two-piece bats while also dismissing vibrations
and sting, creating a super smooth swing during contact.

Q3. What are the balance differences between the Echo and Echo Connect?

A3. The Echo is more balanced due to the one-piece design and the AV2 knob that helps to
counterbalance the bat. The Echo Connect will have a slightly more barrel-heavy design but is still mostly
balanced.

Q4. What is special about the Echo and Echo Connect barrels?

A4. Both the Echo and Echo Connect are built using our newest MDX design. The new multi-directional
carbon composite barrel design is our highest performing to date, is hot directly out of the wrapper and
also features a new explosive sound on contact.

Q5. What sizes are the Echo and Echo Connect available in?

A5. Both the Echo and Echo Connect are available in -11 (28”-31”), -10 (30”-34”), -9 (33”-34”) and -8
(33”-34”).

Q6. What leagues are the Echo and Echo Connect certified for?

A6. All sizes of the Echo and Echo Connect are certified for play in USSSA, USA (previously ASA), ISA
and WBSC (previously ISF). The Echo and Echo Connect are not certified for play in NSA.
