Return reason and fees  Customer responsibility for shipping back, unless our error in shipping or product correctness.

You can return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 5% restocking fee. If you want return a bat, please keep the plastic wrap on the bat and for gloves don't throw away the string tags. If the return is a result of our error, we'll cover the return shipping costs. Expect to receive your refund within two weeks of sending the package back, but it may come sooner. This includes transit time for us to receive the package (5-10 business days), processing time (3-5 business days), and bank processing time (5-10 business days). To initiate a return, simply send the item back with a note including your order number and details about the product you're returning.


At Morton Sports, we take pride in providing fast and efficient shipping to our customers. We primarily use UPS to ship your orders, but on occasion, we may use USPS as an alternative carrier. We can ship to virtually any address globally, however, please note that some products may have restrictions and may not be able to be shipped to certain international destinations.


Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and once your order is processed, you will receive a follow-up email with a tracking number. Our goal is to ship all orders from our location the same day they are placed, as long as they are placed before 4 PM CST. The tracking number provided will give you an estimated delivery date, and most orders are received within 3 days.
