I was looking for a quality all-around glove that I could use for multiple positions: pitching, infield and outfield. This has fit the bill quite well, and at a great price. The 217 pocket is a flatter design that the deeper, 200 pocket, and works well for transferring the ball from glove to throwing hand. Perfect for infield, OK for pitching and can even work for occasional outfield play with "2 in the pinky." Beautiful cosmetics and highly recommended.
