Nolan Arenado is an American professional baseball player who currently plays third base for the St. Louis Cardinals of Major League Baseball (MLB). He is widely considered to be one of the best third basemen in the game today, known for his exceptional defensive skills, powerful hitting, and leadership qualities.

Arenado was born in Newport Beach, California, in 1991, and grew up in Lake Forest, California. He attended El Toro High School, where he excelled in both baseball and football. He was selected by the Colorado Rockies in the second round of the 2009 MLB draft, and he made his major league debut with the team in 2013.
